Soon, you'll see a whole new look for The Village. Here's what to expect:
- 28 new independent living apartments
- 28 new townhomes
- A community room addition to our main building
- Enhanced dining venues
- Upgraded outdoor amenities, possibly including outdoor dining, raised garden beds and a dog park
- Revamped wellness area with weight gym and yoga room
- More "pampering" services with an improved hair salon that can also offer manicures, pedicures and massage
- Renovation to our households that includes all private suites and private half baths
- A refresh to our current Aspen building common areas

How much does it cost?
Many choices that can affect the total cost of your new home. Floor plan, finishes, and upgrades all factor into pricing. Our entry-fee model requires a $10,000 deposit to reserve your home; the remainder of your entry fee will then be required at move-in. Your entry-fee amount will be contingent on your floor-plan choice, and the amount you pay as an entry fee will serve to lower your monthly service fee.
Our new independent living apartments range from 940 to 1,549 sq. ft. Entry fees start at $172,000 and monthly service fees start at $2,495.
