We are committed to hospitality, and you'll know how important it is to everyone here by the end of your first visit. We often refer to the "Brio Family," and although that may just sound like something to say, it’s the real deal here.

A new neighborhood of 16 townhomes and three single-family homes is coming to Brio's campus! These unique floor plans are designed to allow residents to "thrive-in-place" with access to all of our community amenities.
Only a few unreserved expansion homes remain, so don't wait to reach out if you are interested in joining the neighborhood!

You’re already there! Being nestled in the town of Johnston gives Brio a true neighborhood feel. Our grounds are beautiful and offer everything you need to enjoy a beautiful day outside or a cozy one in. And when you want to venture out, downtown Des Moines is a short 20-minute drive away.
How much does it cost?
We offer both entry-fee and lease models to suit your financial preferences. If you choose a lease model, you’ll simply pay a monthly rental fee for your apartment. Our entry-fee model requires a down payment, which lowers your monthly fee. Choose the best fit for you — your Brio, your way!

Independent Living
Independent living apartments range in size from 760 sq ft. to over 2,000 sq. ft. Prices start at just over $2,000 per month.
Assisted Living
Assisted living apartments range in size from 484 sq ft. to over 1,150 sq. ft. Prices start at just over $4,000 per month.
Pricing is dependent on the apartment selected. Our team members are eager to help you find a floor plan that suits your needs and budget.
