On Sunday, Sept. 22, 2013, The Des Moines Register announced the Top 100 Workplaces in the state of Iowa - WesleyLife made the exclusive listing. The health and wellness organization earned the 15th place ranking within the large employer category.
The Top Workplaces program, run by Workplace Dynamics, is set-up to recognize organizations that have a great work environment in the state of Iowa. The evaluation, conducted through a 22-question survey, is based purely on employees' opinions of their organizations.
The evaluation takes into account employee benefits, support of the local community, employee perks, and the strong connection between employees and the company. Most importantly, a top workplace is an organization where the employees feel inspired and are given the room to create innovative work. The WesleyLife culture reflects a spirit for living and passion for transforming the aging experience. WesleyLife leaders are meticulous about surrounding themselves with high-energy team members who have similar core beliefs, values and attributes.
