Senior Housing News Architecture & Design Awards, an annual competition that recognizes cutting-edge design, excellence, and innovation in senior living, has named The Summit a second-place winner in the competition's Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) category!

The Summit of Bettendorf is a new, full-continuum-of-care community serving the Quad Cities. The community is designed to maximize the resident-hospitality experience, ensure highest quality care, and create opportunities to enhance a sense of purpose, meaning, and joy in the lives of those served.
Built on a premise of health and well-being, The Summit seeks to transforms the aging experience by supporting healthier and more active lifestyles. As the flagship community of WellSpire, a joint partnership of WesleyLife and Genesis Health, the campus is the result of the team’s collective vision with features that will elevate holistic wellness for all.
The Summit features four levels of independent living with a first-floor assisted living household, two 20-person skilled-care households, and one 16-person assisted memory support household in a neighborhood cluster model.
