For the fourth consecutive year, WesleyLife has been named to Fortune's list of the top workplaces in aging services -- nationally! As in past years, we are the only provider in Iowa named to the elite list.
Fortune Top 20 Best Workplaces for Aging Services published the list this week, with WesleyLife making the No. 12 spot.
"More than 200 large senior living organizations across the United States were included in the database of providers certified by Great Place to Work(R), so this quite an honor — and it’s in large part because of the dedication of our team members that we have received it," Rob Kretzinger, president and CEO of WesleyLife, said.

Kretzinger noted that WesleyLife participates in the annual Great Place to Work(R) survey because it measures trust the organization's leadership -- a fundamental priority.
