We are proud to announce that 5 of our Communities for Healthy Living have been named 5-star campuses — the highest possible rating — by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services.

CMS created the highly regarded "star" system to help consumers, their families, and caregivers compare communities more easily. CMS considers communities with 5-star designations to be leaders in the care they provide; 4-star communities provide care designated as "very good.")
